Ven. Nehinne Ariyagnana
Ven. Nehinne Ariyagnana thero was ordained in 1987. Ven Ariyagnana was robed in 1979 at the age of 13 by Ven. Dr. Adagahanatota Saddhasumana thero and is a member of the Ramanna Nikaya. He studied at Vidyarama Buddhist College and University of Sri Jayawardenapura in Sri Lanka. He has served as Chief Priest of Anandagiri temple, director of Sri Dharmagupta Buddhist College, as Chief Priest of Sugata Dharmaramaya, Walukaramaya and Nandana Tapovanaya and as the President of the Pittsburgh Buddhist Center. Ven. Ariyagnana is well traveled promoting Buddhism in India, Nepal, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Abu-Dabi, Dubai, England Canada and USA.
